Refund & Returns Policy

At Dermrange Marketing LLP, we take great care in packing and delivering each order with the utmost attention. Therefore, products once sold are non-returnable, except in specific cases such as damage or defects.

Return Window

Returns or exchanges, where applicable, must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Products that have been used, opened, or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted by mail.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered, except where a refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product and a replacement is not possible.

All refunds will be processed in INR (Indian Rupees). If your payment provider displays the amount in another currency, the amount may be converted according to the applicable exchange rate and payment provider's policies.

Restocking Fee

A fixed restocking fee of ₹200 will be charged for approved returns or exchanges, where applicable.

This fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, it will generally be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your bank account or payment method may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you're expecting a refund and haven’t received it:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take 7 to 14 days for the refund to reflect.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

To request an exchange for the same item:

Shipping Information

We deliver using trusted third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and current conditions, generally ranging between 2 to 7 business days.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

Once reviewed, the item will be Returned To Origin (RTO), and a replacement will be processed upon satisfactory validation.

Note: This may take up to 30 days to complete.
